Interview stage
Our shortlisted applicants through a detailed interview process to ensure they’ve got the knowledge, skills and qualifications we’re looking for in a carer
Three-day course
We set our carer standards are high to support our clients’ independence, so our training last for three days after online training, and not everyone passes
Expert-led courses
Perficient Healthcare solutions has its own CPD approved quality video based online training courses. We combined with face to face training including a whole day of instruction about how to use the moving and handling equipment and offer basic life support
A CQC-regulated process
We’re regulated by the CQC, which means there are a variety of topics we have to cover with every carer we recruit meet the CQC fundamental standards

Dedicated Registered manager
Your carer will worker with the registered manager who is responsible for their well-being and will manage their workload, allowing your carer to devote all their time and energy to looking after you
